On 26 January, 2017, the Executive Director of FPENS participated in a meeting organized by the FPENS Office (Al-fajri for Education & Social Development Network in Hargaisa).

17 FPENS member associations/foundations took part in the meeting. Important issues, relating to education development were discussed in the meeting.

On 27 January, 2017, he met FPENS Office (Al-Fajri) administration. He discussed with them how to improve the education at schools run by FPENS and how to strengthen the relation and cooperation between the main office of FPENS in Mogadishu and branch office (Al-Fajri) in Hargaisa.

Al-Fajri office run 17 associations/foundations with 82 schools and 114000 Students.

On 29 January, 2017, as part of his visit to Al-Fajri office, he visited Borama City of awdal Region, and met the administrative committee of the Borama Section.

FPENS member association in Borama are 8 with 12 Secondary Schools and 24 Primary Schools.
